Brains Behaving Badly: Managing Challenging Behaviors in the Workplace
Recognizing patterns before they become problems.
Practical, research-grounded approaches rooted in applied neurobiology
About the Course
Understand the neuro-logic of behaviors. This research-based course explores how applied neurobiology can transform how professionals perceive and navigate challenging behaviors, whether they arise with clients, consumers, or within their own teams. Drawing on frameworks such as the Window of Tolerance, participants gain a clear, practical lens for understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface and what to do about it.
